SCRIPTURE: 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 – “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”
REFLECTION: Love is the most powerful feeling we can have. It’s built into us by a God who is all about love. Love gets rid of fear, beats doubt, and keeps going, no matter what. Love doesn’t give up. It shows that the Holy Spirit is in us, and we really understand it when we know Him. God’s amazing love for me is why I tell others about Him. We can show love in tough times and happy times. We can love just because He loved us first. So, be happy today and share the love you’ve been given. You are loved forever!
Think about the love you’ve felt or can give without conditions. How does this love move you to treat others today, even when it’s hard?

Developing Your Generosity Gene

The Bible tells us to seek first God’s Kingdom - the things of God, the things God wants to build, the things God wants to grow, and the children He wants to grow…and He promises that when we do, all the things that we need will be added to us!
