The Gospel

In Luke 2:10 we read about an angel who appeared to some shepherds in a field and said behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people.”  This  is the Good News of Jesus! All of us are born into sin and as much as we try, at some point we all fall short of perfection. (Romans 3:23) But John 3:16 tells us that God loved us so much, that Jesus came as a sacrifice in our place, so that we could know the love of God and be with Him forever.

God wants to make a trade with us. He wants to take every burden we’re carrying, the pressure of needing to appear perfect, the isolation we feel when we’re not accepted by those around us, the shame we hold onto for the mistakes we’ve made – He wants it all. In exchange He gives us peace that surpasses all understanding, joy like we’ve never known, and a love that will never leave us or forsake us. When we find ourselves going through life looking for hope, meaning and purpose – it’s all found in HIM!

The good news is that this gift of salvation is freely given to us by God, we need only trust in Him. (Acts 16:30-31) He didn’t make it difficult; He doesn’t have an endless checklist of things we need to do to make ourselves better, and He doesn’t require that we fix our issues before coming to Him. His arms are wide open and waiting for us to run to Him right now, just as we are.

Believe that Jesus loves you, and has forgiven all your sins by dying and coming back to life, that He fills you with His Spirit to transform you here on earth, and brings you into the family of God forever!

If you’re ready to make the best decision of your life, and choose to follow Jesus, you can pray this very simple prayer:

God, I believe you love this world. You gave your one and only Son so I can live forever with you. Apart from you, I die. With you I live. I choose life. I choose you.”

If you prayed that prayer today, we want to come along side you and support you in your new walk of Faith! We have a free bible that we want to put in your hands, and resources we’d love to provide you with. Please click on the button available here to connect with us!

Invest & Invite

In a 5 mile radius of our church there are approximately 1 million people, and only 3% claim to be followers of Jesus. That leaves 970,000 people without the hope of Jesus in their lives, and we are not ok with that!
God’s love for us is why we point others to Him. That love is what motivates us to invest in the people around us and creates a desire to bring them along. We’ve created the following resources for you to use if you would like to share an invite on your Social Media platforms!

Developing Your Generosity Gene

The Bible tells us to seek first God’s Kingdom - the things of God, the things God wants to build, the things God wants to grow, and the children He wants to grow…and He promises that when we do, all the things that we need will be added to us!
